A healthy lifestyle is an act of self-love
We tend to see exercise and wholesome food almost as chores, punishment, or low priority, and sweets and binge-watching tv as ways to relax and treat ourselves. But which approach truly makes us feel good?
Think of it this way: are we being more loving to our children by providing them with nutritious food and enriching activities, or giving them unlimited junk food and screen time? Why is it any different for the care we give to ourselves? We were only given this one beautiful body. If we don’t treat it well, who will?
