My approach is based on the concept that physical, emotional, and spiritual health are deeply interconnected. Parenting is especially challenging when our bodies and minds experience daily stress as we juggle multiple demands and responsibilities. All of my clients have told me that the most helpful part of coaching is having the support of someone who cares about their progress and is able to guide them through the process of healthy living and finding balance.
The first step is to contact me for a free 45 minute consultation where we will discuss your challenges and goals, and the places where you feel stuck. If we’re a good fit, we’ll work together to come up with a plan. My plans are customized to your unique needs. I can help with nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, organization, relationships, parenting, sleep, and general well-being. Some of the tools I offer are meal plans, personalized yoga routines, meditation instruction, and parenting techniques. I can also recommend herbs, supplements, and essential oils. Perhaps most importantly, I can support you and hold you accountable.
I love images from nature as metaphors for personal growth. The lotus grows out of the mud: the most difficult and uncomfortable obstacles can be transmuted into opportunities for growth and abundance. We can see our lives as gardens: we plant the seeds that, with proper care, will provide beauty and nourishment. We can plant these seeds in others as well: our children, friends, families, and communities.
